A perfect refreshing, summer cocktail, the Jerry Collins is super easy to make and has a divine kick to it.
- 45 mls 42BELOW Feijoa flavoured vodka
- 30 mls lemon juice
- 15 mls elderflower cordial (can be purchased from most health stores and some supermarkets. If you can’t find any use sugar syrup instead)
- Soda water
- 2 Lemon wedges to garnish or a slice of feijoa
Combine 42BELOW Feijoa, juice and elderflower cordial in a mixing glass. Top with ice and shake well. Strain into a glass filled with fress ice. Top with soda, stir well, and garnish with 2 lemon wedges or a slice of feijoa.
